Each year, on the first Saturday in December, the most popular sporting event in Geneva- perhaps the most popular in all of Switzerland- takes place in the old town. The Geneva Escalade Run.

This year, there were more than 28'000 runners inscribed, and 24'900 passed the finishing line.
This event is open to everyone from famous international runners to beginners, children and adults alike. Distances run vary from 2kms to 8 kms depending on the category and are run over 1, 2 or 3 laps. All the races take place in the narrow, hilly streets of the old town and finish in the Bastion Park.

Help-for-Hope was represented by a dream team composed of elites and amateurs all running together in the spirit of our Association for the grand cause of children in need.
The pre-race ambience was tense and dynamic, but nevertheless very friendly overall. And.........
