Swiss Youth Triathlon Championships in Zug

Valentine Marchon, our young Help-for-Hope ambassador, came in 1st at the Swiss Youth Triathlon Championships!

Unfortunately, she did not obtain the Swiss Triathlon title despite her very good performance. Why ? Because the swim had to be cancelled due to very bad weather conditions and so the race turned into a duathlon. The event has therefore been postponed: we will let you know how Valentine does in due time.

It's finally a 400m run, 5 km bike and 1.2 km run that was achieved by youth triathletes in Zug.

Valentine met with some difficulties in the biking part but with her great fighting spirit, got back on her bike and ended within 10 sec. of the first two.
The last running part was a formality as she finished first with 18 sec lead !
